NGANGMI ANGELE LEM AJEH

NGANGMI ANGELE L. A. is a Cameroonian fashion designer who was born on the 2nd of February 1997. I Studied fashion design at Libre Académie des Beaux-Arts Douala for three years. I’m God-fearing, creative, organized, open-minded, and outspoken. Also, I’m very passionate about fashion and art. I’m confident, likable, and have the ability to work with a team. My adaptability is top-notch, and I can achieve anything I set my mind on

FORMITHENTIC is a Cameroon-based and eco-friendly fashion brand that deals with the personalization and customization of outfits and accessories, to give them a fresh look and make them more relatable for a larger demography of the population. We personalize especially village regalia like the Tugh ( the Nkwen village regalia), to make it more appealing so as to attract more people especially the youths, by making them embrace culture and heritage directly or indirectly. As concerned with our customization, we offer a better and more accurate experience to our customers as we design or reinterpret garments and accessories such that it suits their tastes and personality, creating a sense of uniqueness and authenticity.

Mission

FORMITHENTIC’s mission is to eradicate the dependence of my fellow Cameroonians on foreign fashion brands to set the pace for fashion trends meanwhile we’re also as endowed as the foreign brands that we look up to.

Vision

Our vision is to create a powerful team with creatives gifted differently and become a renowned fashion brand both home and abroad known for its sustainable growth, and authenticity as it stands out amongst every other fashion brand while reflecting our cultural heritage.

History

FORMITHENTIC is a brand that was created on the 15th  of February 2021 by NGANGMI ANGELE. It first started with the customization of outfits and accessories by painting, drawing, and dyeing. It was commonly known for the customization of denim jackets and pants. Today, we’re expanding and looking forward to occupying a wider scope of the fashion industry by embracing the personalization of regalia of villages in Cameroon to maintain cultural heritage, while serving fresh looks/designs.
