Catherine Michel-Maboh (CMM) is a holder of a diploma in Fashion Design from Joyce Ababio College of Creative Design Accra Ghana now JACCD Design Institute Africa.
She also holds a BSc in Geology with a minor in Environmental Science from the University of Buea, Cameroon.
CMM is an award-winning fashion designer that has produced designs of diverse fashion concepts that have caught the attention of fashion enthusiasts across the world.

CN’s brand believes that every piece of fashion is a statement, hence their slogan, “My Fashion, My Statement”.
CN is a registered trademark company in the Republic of Cameroon.

CN was created in 2020 to serve the interest of clients in the local market. The company experienced a major transformation in 2021 when it started producing designs for local and international fashion shows and addressing the needs of clients both locally and internationally.
The company sees fashion as a tool to change the world one sustainable outfit at a time. CN believes that every design tells a story and putting that story together reflects the unity in diversity that should characterize interactions between individuals, communities, and nations.
The company has adopted sustainable fashion as part of its core philosophy and has embarked on numerous projects to promote eco-friendly fashion. CN is the first fashion company to take such a step in Cameroon.
CN is a finalist of the strand 3 Afri-plastics challenge that aims at reducing plastics from the ocean. The company’s project seeks to educate and empower new and existing fashion designers to adopt strategies that reduce the consumption of plastic base fabrics and promote the use of non-plastic based fabrics in the local fashion industry.
The company’s CEO is also recipient of the Merck Foundation More than a Mother Award for “outstanding contribution in creating designs to deliver strong and influential messages to raise awareness about infertility prevention, breaking infertility stigma, and/or empowering girls and women through education and at all levels” raise awareness against the issues of infertility where the blame is ever shifted on the women alone and not seen as an issue for both the man and the woman.
