Ayisi’s Collection is a fashion brand based in Campaign Street, Great Soppo Buea. Founded by Mrs. Pampu Marie Ayisi, the fashion brand is specialized in female and children’s wear. Ayisi’s Collection also distributes fashion accessories such as fabrics and as well produces hand fans, beads, and caps.
The fashion brand is a participant in the Afro-Sustainable Fashion Initiative, which is promoting the Training-Empowerment-Promotion (TEP) approach to sustainable fashion. Ayisi’s Collection was a major participant in the maiden edition of the Afro-Sustainable Fashion Show in Limbe on January 23rd, 2023, under the theme “Reducing Fashion’s Ocean Plastic Pollution”.
In a bid to stop plastic pollution in the fashion industry, a leading contributor to plastic pollution, Ayisi’s Collection promotes sustainable fashion, educating trainees in the fashion brand as well as other fashion designers on the dangers of plastics in fabrics and how to creatively redesign waste plastic-based fabrics into gorgeous outfits.
